Since 1970, Rhode Island Buckle Company has been the leading manufacturer of quality buckles and ornaments to the leather goods trade. Now, we are pleased to offer you this new website, enabling you to get the same great "made to order" quality without having to meet large minimum requirements typical of a manufacturer.
Sizes:
The buckle sizes refer to the strap size of the material the buckle will be attached to. If you have to match a design, select the strap size of the material you are using, then select the buckle you would like. For example, the inside of a 1 inch buckle was designed to be wrapped around with a 1 inch wide piece of material.
Designing:
If you are looking for design ideas browse through our thousands of products and you are sure to be inspired. If you can't narrow it down, sign in to your account and add the buckles you like to your wish list by selecting add to wish list instead of add to cart; this way you or some one else in your company can make a decision later. We are here to work with you on new designs too... Our parent company does all of our tool and die work and we have operations through out the world.
Repeat Orders:
Over the last 30 years we have built die cast molds for all the buckles available on RIBuckle.com. Our molds are built to last. When you place your order we set up the mold in a casting machine (if there is no raw stock available). Then we put your buckles on a rack and electro-plate them with whatever metal you choose.
Quality Assurance:
We have been using our molds for decades and they have been fine tuned to perfection. Rack plating ensures that you will receive a clean and smooth surface. If you selected a finish, we apply the requested hand work and solution to give your buckle the look you are going for. We care about every piece that leaves our factory and inspect everything before it leaves the door.
Delivery Info:
We ship from Providence, Rhode Island to locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Carribean. It usually takes 10 to 20 business days from the time you place your order to the time it leaves our doors.
Production:
We are a division of C & C Rhode Island LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of C & C Metal Products. If you do your design work here and your large production in a foreign country, we have offices, warehouses and manufacturing facilities throughout the world for all of your pricing and delivery needs. You can do your short runs here and be sure to receive the same great quality anywhere in the world.
